Canad Inns strives to provide our guests with the highest level of customer service as it is service excellence, which allows Canad Inns to maintain current customers and obtain new customers throughout the course of our business.

Canad Inns believes in a professional and knowledgeable team of employees who take pride in providing quality guest satisfaction. As a result, Canad Inns provides ongoing training under our Canad Certified Training programs. This training involves technical training for the various departments, as well as Customer Service Training. The training modules are designed to allow our employees the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge and are required to complete a test in order to be "certified."

Canad Certified Training is administered by our Human Resources Department and utilizes Canad Inns' employees as well as contracted firms on an as-needed basis.
